Off-track betting company may set up at Manchester restaurant (Journal Inquirer)
MANCHESTER — The company that manages Connecticut off-track betting on horse and dog races and jai-alai games is interested in opening shop in Manchester and is looking at Shea’s American Bar & Grill as a site, officials close to the situation say.
